ZRANB1 Antibody (CF810024) in WB
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY ZRANB1 (RC220808, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-ZRANB. Positive lysates LY413719 (100 µg) and LC413719 (20 µg) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

For reconstitution, we recommend adding 100 µL distilled water to a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL. Target Information
ZRANB1 is a positive regulator of the Wnt signaling pathway that specifically cleaves 'Lys-63'-linked ubiquitin chains. It acts by deubiquitinating APC protein, a negative regulator of Wnt-mediated transcription and may also modulate TNF-alpha signaling.
