The Phadia™ Laboratory Systems software uses encryption technologies for secure communication.1 This includes interactions with Phadia™ LabCommunity where no protected health information (PHI), nor personally identifiable information (PII), are stored.
These safeguards extend to the Phadia™ Prime software database where PHI and PII are encrypted, LIS TCP/IP (optional) and the communication between the computers running the Phadia Prime software and Phadia™ instruments running Windows 10.1
