Description

Ubiquitin Carboxyl-Terminal Hydrolase Isozyme L3 (UCHL3), recombinant human protein is supplied in frozen format. It is suitable for use in protein studies such as enzymetic analysis and protein-protein interactions. In general, recombinant proteins can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in cell biology research applications.

This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the human UCHL3 (NP_005993.1) (Glu 2-Ala 230) fused to a polyhistide tag at the N-terminus.

Activity: Measured by its ability to hydrolyze Ubiquitin AMC. The specific activity is >14, 000 pmoles/min/µg.

Formulation: 20 mM Tris,500 mM Nacl, 0.2 µg/µl BSA, 20%glycerol,1 mM DTT pH 8.0.

Reconstitution: No reconstitution needed. Store at -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Expiration Date: Expires one year from date of receipt when stored as instructed.

This protein is manufactured by Sino Biological Inc.

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
