Western blot analysis of ARID5A using Non-transfected (-) and ARID5A-transfected (+, including 3xFlag-tag) 293T whole cell extracts (30 µg). Samples were loaded onto a 7.5% SDS-PAGE gel and probed with an ARID5A monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-18306) at a dilution of 1:5000.
