MA1-33833 detects CD79b from mouse samples.
MA1-33833 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry (frozen tissue), immunoprecipitation, and Western blot applications. Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells or 100 ul.
The MA1-33833 immunogen is CD79 alpha/CD79 beta heterodimer purified from WEH1231 B cells.
MA1-33833 recognises murine CD79 beta, which is expressed by B cells as part of the B cell receptor complex (immunoglobulin and the CD79 alpha/beta heterodimer). CD79 beta is a B cell specific marker, valuable for the detection of B cells at all maturation stages.
