MA1-26773 detects Cathepsin D from human samples.
MA1-26773 has been successfully used in ELISA, immunohistochemistry (paraffin and frozen), and Western blot procedures. Western blot detects an antigen 34kD and a weaker band at 52 kD. Suggested positive controls for this product are human breast carcinoma tissue or cell line extract.
The MA1-26773 immunogen is purified, full length, native protein from human liver.
Store at 4°C short term. For extended periods, store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
