MA1-21413 detects Fas in human samples.
MA1-21413 has been successfully used in ELISA, immunoprecipitation and Western blot procedures.
The MA1-21413 immunogen is recombinant, full length, human Fas protein.
Store at 4°C short term. For extended storage, store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
'Fas is a cell-surface receptor molecule that relays apoptotic (cell death) signals into cells. When Fas is activated by binding of its ligand, the proteolytic protein caspase-8 is recruited to a signalling complex known as DISC by binding to a Fas-associated adapter protein.
