MA1-25021 detects Granzyme B from human samples.
MA1-25021 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures.
The MA1-25021 immunogen is recombinant, full length human protein.
Granzymes are exogenous serine proteases that are stored in the cytotoxic granules of activated T cells and NK cells. MA1-17752 was generated by genetic immunisation and reacts with human granzyme B (GrB), a 27 kDa serine protease which cleaves target-cell proteins at specific aspartate residues.
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
