Expression of endogenous Actin (panel a) and alpha-Tubulin (panel b) was detected using the respective Mouse primary antibody and Rabbit anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, Biotin conjugate (A27024) (0.4 ug/ml, 1:2500 dilution) with Strep-HRP (Cat #SA100-01) as the detector. Western blot analysis was performed on whole cell extracts (30 ug lysate) of HeLa human cervical carcinoma cells (lane 1-3) using the Xcell Surelock Electrophoresis system and iBlot® Dry Blotting System. Chemiluminescence was detected using the Novex ECL kit (WT20005).
