Western blot detection of Phospho-FAK pSer910 in extracts of human epithelial carcinoma cells expressing FAK with (lanes 2-5) or without (lane 1) 100 ng/mL Taxol for 18-24 hours in serum-free media to arrest cells in mitosis. Samples were resolved by SDS-PAGE on a 10% Tris-glycine gel, transferred to PVDF and incubated using a Phospho-FAK pSer910 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-28423).
