Immunohistochemical analysis of a mouse lung transduced with a human placental alkaline phosphatase (hPLAP) expression vector and stained with Placental Alkaline Phosphatase Polyclonal Antibody (PA1-29125). Paraffin-embedded lung sections were protease-treated for 12 minutes and then stained with PA1-29125 (1:100), followed by an alkaline phosphatase-conjugated secondary antibody and colorimetric substrate (red). PA1-29125 detects Placental alkaline phosphatase from human samples. Does not react with canine, mouse, rat, and feline samples.

The PA1-29125 immunogen is purified PLAP from human placenta.
