Rabbit IgG Isotype Control (14-4616-82) in Flow
BALB/c mouse splenocytes were left unstained (purple histogram) or stained with 0.25 µg of Recombinant Rabbit IgG Monoclonal Isotype Control, purified (pink histogram), followed by Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Cross-Adsorbed Secondary Antibody, APC (Product # A-10931). Viable cells were used for analysis, as determined by Fixable Viability Dye eFluor 520 (Product # 65-0867-18).

Description: This product is a rabbit monoclonal IgG and can be used as a matched isotype control for recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies. The RbNP15 IgG was selected as an isotype control following screening for low background on a variety of mouse and human cell types.
Applications Tested: This rabbit monoclonal isotype control has been tested for use as a negative control for flow cytometric analysis. Please use at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.
Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.
