BALB/c mouse splenocytes were left unstained (purple histogram) or stained with 0.25 µg of Recombinant Rabbit IgG Monoclonal Isotype Control, Alexa Fluor 488 (pink histogram). Viable cells were used for analysis, as determined by Fixable Viability Dye eFluor 780 (Product # 65-0865-14).

Description: This product is a rabbit monoclonal IgG and can be used as a matched isotype control for recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies. The RbNP15 IgG was selected as an isotype control following screening for low background on a variety of mouse and human cell types.
Applications Tested: This rabbit monoclonal isotype control has been tested for use as a negative control for flow cytometric analysis. Please use at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.

Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.
