PA1-30670 detects CDKN2A from human and mouse samples.
PA1-30670 has been successfully used in ELISA, ChIP, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry (paraffin tissue), Western blot, immunoprecipitation applications.
The PA1-30670 immunogen is: Synthetic peptide conjugated to KLH, within amino acids 54-75 of Mouse p19ARF.
Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial. For short-term storage (1-2 weeks), product can be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store product at -20° C or below, avioiding multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Kaiso is a novel member of the BTB/POZ (Broad complex, Tramtrak, Bric a brac/Pox virus and zinc finger) zinc finger superfamily of transcription factors. Yeast 2-hybrid studies have shown that Kaiso interacts with catenin p120ctn. This interaction involves the Arm repeats of 1-7 of the p120ctn Armadillo domain and the carboxyl-terminal third of Kaiso. The significance of the Kaiso:p120 ctn interaction is still unknown.
