The MicroSEQ® Certified Service Provider Program is a network of validated service providers that enables customers at all throughput levels to get the highest-quality sequence-based identification of bacteria and fungi from any culture-based sample, using the highly accurate MicroSEQ® ID microbial identification system.
The certified service providers will prepare the samples using the MicroSEQ® ID Rapid Microbial Identification kit, and sequence them on Applied Biosystems® Genetic Analyzer systems. Customers will receive an absolute species-level microbial identification based on ribosomal gene sequencing, validated using MicroSEQ® reference libraries.
