Sensitivity comparison of NA-XTD, NA-Star, and NA-Fluor assays
Serial 1:2 dilutions of influenza virus (A/WS/33 (H1N1) VR-1520™, ATCC) were assayed with each assay. A wide assay range is achieved with the chemiluminescent assays, with higher sensitivity than the fluorescent assay.
