Induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) mounted using ProLong® Diamond mountant

Induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) were grown under feeder-free conditions using Essential 8™ Medium (Catalog no. A1517001) with vitronectin (Catalog no. A14700) as the substrate. The cells were stained for the following pluripotency markers using the PSC 4-Marker Immunocytochemistry Kit (catalog no. A24881): SSEA4 (green) and OCT4 (red) with DAPI (blue) nuclear DNA counterstaining. Images were acquired on an EVOS® FL Imaging System (Catalog no. AMF4300).
