rRNA at the concentrations shown was spiked into solutions containing 2 ng/µL siRNA, then read using the Qubit®/Quant-iT™ miRNA assay, the Qubit®/Quant-iT™ RNA assay, or by 260 nm absorbance (A260) on the NanoDrop® spectrophotometer.
