Linear range of the CyQUANT® NF Cell Proliferation Assay Kit
The linear range of the assay with incubation at 37°C for 30 minutes is from 100 to 20,000 CHO cells per well in a 96-well format. The inset shows that linearity can be obtained even with very low numbers of cells. Fluorescence measurements were made using a microplate reader with excitation at 485 nm and emission detection at 530 nm. The plotted data points represent averages of quadruplicate samples without background subtraction.
