糖質除去 SP ED 検出器

Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ ICS-6000 糖質除去アクセサリキット（ED 電気化学検出用）を使用し、インラインでアミノ酸サンプルから糖質を除去することで、手間のかかるサンプルのクリーンアップを省略し、信頼性の高いアミノ酸定量を確保できます。キットに含まれるシリンジポンプと 6 ポートバルブ、および Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ CRC 糖質除去カートリッジを使用し、Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ AAA-Direct™ イオンクロマトグラフィーシステムでアミノ酸サンプルの自動前処理を実施できます。

キットに含まれるシリンジポンプと 6 ポートバルブは、Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ ICS-5000⁺/ICS-6000 DP デュアルポンプ、または Dionex ICS-5000⁺/ICS-6000 SP シングルポンプシステムと Dionex 糖質除去カートリッジ専用です。導入には、シリンジポンプをオートサンプラーに接続し、ポンプと Dionex™ AminoPac PA™ 10 の流れを 6 ポートスイッチングバルブに向けるための、Dionex AAA-Direct システム変更が必要です。
