Description

This polyclonal antibody reacts with VEGF-C. VEGF-C belongs to the platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF)/VEGF family of growth factors. It was initially identified as a ligand for the Flt-4 (VEGF-R3) and kinase domain region-KDR (VEGF-R2) receptor tyrosine kinase. Positive tissue: Colon cancer.

PAD: Z-CVC7

Immunogen: Synthetic peptide corresponding to the C-terminal region of human VEGF-C.

Specificity: This antibody is specific for the VEGF-C protein.
