Recombinant FSH, also known as follitropin, is a hormone regulating the development, growth, pubertal maturation, and reproductive processes of the body. The high selectivity and yields obtained using CaptureSelect™ Follicle Stimulating Hormone Affinity Matrix and its unique ability to only bind intact FSH enable a robust and efficient purification process with excellent purity obtained in one step.
Free of Animal Components Our CaptureSelect™ products are affinity ligands created by a proprietary technology based on Camelid-derived single domain antibody fragments. The ligand is a 14 kDa single domain fragment comprising the 3 CDRs that form the antigen binding domain, efficiently produced by the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae in a production process free of animal components.
