How should I autoclave the Nalgene Polypropylene, Carboy with Spigot (Cat. No. 2319-0xxx)?

We recommend the following to autoclave the carboy: 121°C, 1 bar (250°F, 15 psig) for 15-20 minutes.

Do you offer replacement carboy spigots?

The standard Nalgene polyproylene quick action spigot (blue handle and body, white threaded ring for connection to carboy) Cat. No. is 6422-0010 or 6422-0010PK. If the original carboy purchased was a solvent-resistant fluorinated carboy, the replacement (mostly white, with a blue cap on the handle) is the Nalgene Quick-Action Tefzel ETFE Spigot, Cat. No. 6432-0010.
