TheraPure™ 2'-MOE-T Phosphoramidite, serum vial bottle

2'-MOE-T CEP is a phosphoramidite containing 5' DMT and the nucleoside thymidine (T, or 5-me-U) with 2'-O-methoxy-ethyl (MOE) protection, for use in oligonucleotide synthesis. Located in the ideal oligo position, 2'-O-methoxy-ethyl (MOE) modifications display nuclease resistance, fewer off-target effects, and slightly increased hybridization affinities. These phosphoramidites are commonly used for oligos designed for antisense, siRNA, aptamer, or gRNA-based research.
