The POP-6™ Polymer is a separation matrix for performing standard and rapid DNA sequencing on the Applied Biosystems 3130 and the Applied Biosystems 3130xl Genetic Analyzers. Usage per bottle: Up to 250 samples.

POP-6™ Polymer is a separation matrix for the 3130⁄3130xl Genetic Analyzers that is:
• Easy to Use: Pre-formulated, which not only saves time but also saves reproducibility by ensuring consistent formulation.
• Robust Formulation: Formulated for sequencing and fragment analysis applications.
• Replenishable: Allow capillaries to be used multiple times.

Reproducible Results
POP-6™ polymer dynamically coats the capillary wall to control electro-osmotic flow. Its definite quality and uniform consistency eliminate guesswork and help to ensure reproducibility. POP-4® Polymer is specifically formulated to separate DNA fragments of a known size range at a desired resolution and run time. For the ABI PRISM® 310 and 3100 Genetic Analyzers POP-6™ polymers are the choice for standard and rapid sequencing. For the ABI PRISM® 3700 DNA Analyzer, POP-6™ polymer is designed for genotyping applications.
