The TaqMan® Pseudomonas aeruginosa Detection Kit provides a simple, reliable, and rapid procedure for detecting the presence of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The assay utilizes the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to amplify a target unique to that microorganism and TaqMan® probes that identify the specific organism.

• Highly selective identification of P. aeruginosa in a wide variety of samples
• Verified performance
• Ready-to-use convenience
• Minimal risk of contamination

3 Easy Steps
This kit has 3 easy steps: Enrich samples, prepare samples, and run samples. Grow the specific pathogen from a selected sample using a standard enrichment procedure in the Enrichment step. In the Sample Preparation step isolate the DNA for PCR, and prepare, mix and pipet the reactions. The final step is Running a Plate on an Applied Biosystems® SDS or Real-Time PCR System to analyze your sample.

A Complete Solution
We offer a full line of TaqMan® Pathogen Detection kits based on universal assay conditions, enabling you to run any combination of these assays together in the same sample run. In combination with our real-time PCR systems, the TaqMan® Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Detection Kit offers a fully integrated, single-vendor solution to identify Pseudomonas aeruginosa..
