The Ion PGM™ Enrichment Beads are streptavidin-coupled Dynabeads®, the gold standard for isolation due to their high binding affinity and uniformity. These 1 µm Ion PGM™ Enrichment Beads have a large surface area, high capacity, efficient magnetic pull, and a slow sedimentation rate during incubation. They are tailor-made for use in Ion Sphere™ Particle enrichment protocols where precision and throughput is crucial. Sufficient Ion PGM™ Enrichment Beads are provided for 10 enrichments with Ion PGM™ template preparation kits. Store at 2%deg;C to 8%deg;C.
