Can you help me troubleshoot Example #4: Export Sample Plot to PDF with the -splitfile argument in the GeneMapperID-X Software Administrators Guide, Appendix A: Operating the Software from a Command Line Interface, page 108?

Unfortunately, there is no training or support for the GeneMapperID-X command line features.

We recommend referencing the GeneMapper 5 Installation and Administration User Guide, Appendix B for supported command line features and working with your informatics team for additional support.
