SMART Digest™ Bulk Fractionation Kits: Protein A

These kits were designed to remove the challenges often associated with the process of protein clean up by providing a simple and easy capture workflow.

The SMART Digest Bulk fractionation Protein A Kits contain beads (either non-magnetic or magnetic, the magnetic allowing automation) which target purification of immunoglobulins due to the specific and strong affinity for binding to the Fc portion of the molecule. The unwanted interferences are then removed leaving a clean sample containing the target molecule. Once completed subsequent digestion can be facilitated with SMART Digest enzymes if required.
