SMART Digest™ Bulk Fractionation Kits: Streptavidin

Obtain fast, simple, highly reproducible, and sensitive immunocapture using the high loading capacity of the Thermo Scientific™ SMART Digest™ Bulk Fractionation Kits: Streptavidin. These kits were designed to remove the challenges often associated with the process of protein cleanup by providing a simple and easy capture workflow.

The kit contains beads with an attached streptavidin moiety enabling a strong streptavidin-biotin bond with the appropriate biotinylated molecule with specific affinity for the target biomolecule. The unwanted interferences are then removed leaving a clean sample containing the target molecule. Once completed subsequent digestion can be facilitated with SMART Digest enzymes if required.
