I ordered your Mouse IgG Total Uncoated ELISA kit (Cat. No. 88-50400-88) and found there some crystal precipitation in the 20X Assay Buffer A. Is it still usable?
This buffer is primarily PBS, Tween and BSA.
It is completely normal to see crystals/precipitate in BSA solutions and they should be dissolved completely at 37 degrees C (in less than 30 minutes). Gentle agitation may help dissolve the crystals faster. It is better do not increase the temperature more that 37-42 degrees C, when dissolving, as BSA can denature (>60 degrees C).
