NanoDrop QC Software for the NanoDrop OneC Spectrophotometer

Thermo Scientific™ NanoDrop™ QC Software for the NanoDrop OneC Spectrophotometer is equipped with auto-ranging pathlengths that accurately measure up to 550 AU of UV-Vis absorbance of liquid polymers/chemicals without dilution. Pedestal pathlengths are controlled automatically, so no prior knowledge of sample concentration is necessary. The software runs chemometric algorithms built in Thermo Scientific™ TQ Analyst™ software and provides results within seconds. It is ideal for production quality control or R&D labs and works with a variety of solutions including adhesives and lubricants.

  • Wide dynamic range – no dilutions required for highly concentrated samples (equivalent to 550 Abs at 10 mm) with auto-range pathlength technology
  • Five discrete pedestal pathlengths – 1.0 mm, 0.2 mm, 0.1 mm, 0.05 mm, 0.03 mm
  • Micro-volume pedestal technology only needs 1- 2 µL of neat sample
  • Xenon flash lamp and CMOS detector provide spectral data from 190 – 850 nm


NanoDrop QC Quality Control Software

  • Instrument software natively runs chemometric analysis – build chemometric methods in TQ Analyst Software and import them into the NanoDrop QC Software. The component information is displayed within seconds of making the sample measurement
  • Instruments come with Thermo Scientific Security Suite. Computer administrators can prevent users from editing or deleting custom methods and prevent users from deleting critical data
  • Spectra data are exported in .tsv files for easily manipulation in other software packages
