Full Product Description
Our PCNA detection kit uses a biotinylated monoclonal anti-PCNA, and eliminates the need for a species-specific secondary antibody. As a result, PCNA staining can be performed in rabbits, rats and mice without problems of cross-reactivity or spurious staining due to the detection of endogenous Ig. Streptavidin-peroxidase is used as a signal generator for the detection system. Nuclei in cells that are in the process of proliferating (G1, S, G2, and M stages) will stain brown. Cells in the resting stage will not stain.
