The QuantStudio™ 3D Digital PCR Reagent Kit is designed to confirm the performance of the QuantStudio™ 3D Digital PCR System either at the time of system installation or as part of future, user-defined system verification procedure using established Applied Biosystems™ consumables, reagents, control DNA, and reference assays. The kit may also be used for training users on the QuantStudio™ 3D Digital PCR System workflow.

The QuantStudio 3D Digital PCR Reagent Kit contains CEPH control DNA, GLA and RNase P reference assays, QuantStudio™ 3D Digital PCR Master Mix v2, and nuclease free water. The kit requires use of QuantStudio 3D™ Digital PCR Chip Kit v2 and is fully-compatible with all QuantStudio 3D™ Digital PCR Instrument hardware and software.
