E.Coli DH10B Control 600 Library

The E.coli DH10b Control 600 Library provides a templating control for use with the Ion 520™ & Ion 530™ ExT Kit- Chef and the Ion S5™ and Ion S5™ XL Sequencing Systems. The kit offers greater experimental control and empowers you to assess sample quality, help save time and reagents, and maximize productivity. Each kit contains a 600 bp E.coli DH10b control library for up to 10 template preparations.

This kit is only compatible with the Ion S5 and Ion S5 XL Sequencing Systems.
Use this kit with the Ion 520™ & Ion 530™ ExT Kit-Chef and Torrent Suite™ Software 5.2 or higher.
