The kit consists of twelve 8-well strips and a 96-well receiver plate to accommodate 96 sequencing samples.

Strips should be used within 2 weeks of opening. We recommend returning unused strips from the 96-well plate holder to the foil package, sealing, and storing at 4 degrees C.

The minimum reaction volume is 5 µL. The reaction volume should be brought up to at least 5 µL with distilled water before adding to the 8-well strips.
