Oncomine™ TCR Beta-LR Assay GX - FAQs

Oncomine TCR Beta-LR Assay GX includes the following:
- TCRB‑LR RNA Pool 1 panel (8 x 2 tubes, 70 ul/tube), for 32 sequencing reactions (4 reactions/tube pair)
- Genexus Strip 1 (8 strips), for 32 sequencing reactions (4 reactions/strip)
- Genexus Strip 2-AS (8 strips), for 32 sequencing reactions (4 reactions/strip)

Note:
- The TCRB-LR RNA Pool 1 is provided in 8 pairs of tubes, where each tube pair contains one tube with the panel in position 1 and one empty uncapped tube in position 2.
- Genexus Library Strips 1 and 2-AS combo kit (Cat. No. A40252) can be purchased separately.

The assay kit provides the targeted single pool multiplex panel and library reagents sufficient to perform up to 32 sequencing reactions.

Flexible RNA input amount of 10 ng (minimum) and up to 1 µg supports the identification of rare clones as well as abundant clones.

Oncomine TCR Beta-LR Assay GX is compatible with fresh-frozen tissue, whole blood, and sorted cells. The assay is optimized for long-read sequencing on the Genexus Integrated Sequencer, using the Genexus GX5 Chip.

Oncomine TCR Beta-LR Assay GX is designed to measure T cell diversity and clonal expansion by sequencing T cell receptor beta chain rearrangements. It is designed to capture all three complementarity-determining regions of the TCR beta chain (CDR1, CDR2, and CDR3) with high accuracy. The assay is optimized for long-read sequencing on the Genexus Integrated Sequencer, using the Genexus GX5 Chip.
