Library Index Adapter Kit

The Library Index Adapter Kit provides the indexing components required for amplified library preparation with the Enzymatic Fragmentation DNA Library Prep with Amp Mix. The kit supplies Universal Adapters for ligation and Dual Index Primers for PCR amplification, enabling generation of multiplex-ready libraries for next-generation sequencing (NGS) workflows.

Two-component indexing strategy. Universal Adapters are ligated after fragmentation, end-repair, and dA-tailing, then unique Dual Index Primers are added during PCR amplification to generate amplified, indexed libraries.

Designed for multiplexed workflows. The Dual Index Primers are supplied in a plate with one reaction per index pair and are base-balanced on a column basis. For 8-plex hybridization, libraries should be selected from a single column to maintain balanced pooling.

Workflow integration. This kit is used with the Enzymatic Fragmentation DNA Library Prep with Amp Mix and feeds directly into standard or quick target enrichment workflows. Universal Adapters are packaged separately within the box for convenient handling.
