How often and at what concentration should I feed my CHO cells with Efficient-Pro AGT Feed 1?

We recommend first designing a small-scale experiment using an Ambr15 Microbioreactor or other small vessel with concentrations between 1.5% to 3.0% of Efficient-Pro AGT Feed 1 in 0.5% increments beginning on day 3, with daily feeds through harvest. Once the specific feeding strategy is tailored to your CHO cell system for optimized results, cultures can be scaled up to larger vessels and bioreactors.
