For the reverse transcription of RNA. The Ambion® kit includes a M-MLV RT that maintains full RNase H activity for increased sensitivity of detection in RT-PCR experiments. Includes sufficient reagents for 50 reactions.

The reverse transcription step takes only 15 minutes, so you can go from RNA sample to PCR results in less than 2 hours.

Contents & storage

10X RT-PCR Buffer, dNTP Mix, RNase Inhibitor, M-MLV RT, 10X Glycerol, and hGAPDH Control Primers should be stored at –20°C. HeLa S3 Control RNA should be stored below –70°C. Nuclease-free water may be stored at any temperature.
