What is BSA and its function in PCR? What concentration of BSA do you recommend?

BSA, bovine serum albumin, is usually used in PCR as a stabilizer. A concentration of 160 µg/mL is typical. Gelatin may also be used as a stabilizer at 0.01% (w/v).
