QuickQuant ActiveApp™ Spectroscopy Software

Catalog number: INF-15022

Thermo Scientific™ QuickQuant ActiveApp™ Spectroscopy Software enables easy quantification of the peaks of spectra or chromatograms. Designed for the analysis of simple sample types for which multivariate calibration methods like PLS are unnecessary or too complex, QuickQuant software features a wizard-driven calibration builder that guides the user through the process of creating or editing a calibration. Multiple component bands and baselines can be graphically defined and adjusted, and users can apply linear, quadratic or cubic equations to compute the final calibration.

The QuickQuant Calibration Wizard builds electronically signed, human-readable calibration files. These are deployed within Quant Predict, which reads or directly captures data and reports calculated concentrations. As ActiveApps, both components integrate seamlessly with Thermo Scientific™ GRAMS software or can be embedded as .OCX controls into other programs.

QuickQuant software is also fully compatible with Thermo Scientific™ MyInstrument modules and can apply calibrations directly to sample spectra collected from a compliant instrument.

Fast, Simple Quantification
  • Software performs least squares regression calibration analysis of spectral data
  • Sample prediction reports are easy to create and simple to interpret; can be output to the display, printer, clipboard, text file or any combination
Calibration Process Steps
  • Select reference calibration files
  • Define component and reference bands
  • Specify custom baseline calculations
  • Enter concentration values for standards
  • Select the regression curve type, linear, cubic or quadratic
  • Save the electronically signed calibration file
  • Deploy the calibration file with Quant Predict
