The GeneBLAzer® Gqi5-NFAT-bla CHO-K1 cell line contains the promiscuous Gα protein, Gqi5, stably integrated into the CellSensor™ NFAT-bla CHO-K1 cell line. NFAT-bla CHO-K1 cells (# K1534) contain a beta-lactamase reporter gene under control of an NFAT response element stably integrated into CHO-K1 cells. The Gqi5-NFAT-bla CHO-K1 Parental Cell line is designed for the construction of Gi/o coupled GPCR cell based assays.
