What is the time requirment for DNA extraction when using the PicoPure DNA Extraction kit?

The total incubation time depends on the tissue source for DNA extraction. Non-formalin fixed samples are more efficient, taking approximately 3 hours. Formalin-fixed tissues require more time due to cross-linking, taking approxiately 16 hours or more.
