What is the composition of the Gel-Dry Drying solution?

Is the Gel-Dry Drying solution compatible with the enhancers used in autoradiography?

Yes, it is compatible. You need to put the gel in the enhancer solution, wash it and then proceed with the gel drying solution. For detection of signal using 32P, the cellophane is fine. For 35S, the upper layer of cellophane may need to be removed (which is possible) depending on the enhancer being used. For detection of 14C, there is no need to remove the cellophane as it will pass through.
