Is the Neon Transfection System 10 μL-Kit (Cat. No. MPK1096, MPK1025) compatible with the Neon NxT Electroporation System (NEON1)?

No, the two systems are not compatible with each other. Neon tips won't fit into the Neon Nxt pipette. The tips, tubes and pipettes are all system specific.
