How should I prepare my plates for a direct ELISA using the Hyaluronic acid Polyclonal Antibody (Cat. No. PA1-85561)?
For direct ELISA, we recommend coating wells with 1% glutaraldehyde for 5 min at room temperature, followed by 3X PBS wash steps before coating with the Hyaluronic acid Polyclonal Antibody (Cat. No. PA1-85561).
