Recommendations
LanthaScreen™ europium-labeled anti-His-tag antibodies are used to indirectly label proteins tagged with 6XHis. This can be advantageous when working with partially purified protein, or in cases in which direct labeling of the protein using amine-reactive Eu chelates negatively impacts protein activity. These antibodies can be used with our Kinase Tracers to conduct LanthaScreen™ Eu Kinase Binding Assays.
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
