The Thermo Scientific™ PXS5-928 Microfocus X-Ray Source is a digitally controlled 90kV microfocus X-Ray source for use in manual inspection of electronics, tests requiring nondestructive, maximum resolution imaging of metal and plastic parts, and other applications requiring high quality 2D and 3D images. An integrated design features x-ray tube, power supply, and control electronics in one package.

The PXS5-928 Microfocus X-Ray Source is specifically designed high-resolution imaging applications such as manual inspection of printed circuit boards and semiconductor devices, non-destructive tests requiring moderate to high-resolution imaging of metal and plastic parts, and micro-CT imaging for industrial and life sciences applications.
