The QuantiGene Plex Automation Setup Kit enables setup, testing, and validation of instruments to automate crucial steps of the QuantiGene Plex 384-well assay protocol, such as liquid handling and plate washing, before running an actual assay with valuable sample. The user guide describes how to adjust and optimize an automated magnetic plate washer as needed during the QuantiGene Plex 384-well assay workflow in order to ensure optimal performance and avoid bead loss.

Each kit provides six optimization tests for automated magnetic plate washing.
